I’m no expert, so I mostly go by the usual quick checks like smell, texture, and how it feels compared to others I’ve tried. It does seem pure enough, but my gut says the overall quality is just kind of average. Not bad, just not something that really stood out to me.

The ingredient details were decent overall, so I had a good idea of what was in it. I just wish they were a bit more upfront about where everything is sourced from. That part felt kind of vague to me...

I was able to grab whey, creatine, and a few snacks all in one place, which was really convenient. A couple of flavours I wanted weren’t available, but overall the range is good, really good. Definitely handy if you’re stocking up on gym basics.

It’s okay if your diet isn’t super specific, but compared to other places I’ve tried, the vegan options weren’t as clearly marked. I had to do a bit more checking than I’d like, so it could definitely be more straightforward

I’m giving this 1 star mainly because of the serving size. Having to measure it out every time is just annoying, and the scoop/portion setup doesn’t feel that practical for everyday use. I wanted something quick after the gym, but this just turns into more of a hassle than I expected. The product itself might be fine, but the serving size situation... yeah, it kind of put me off.

I ordered whey protein from asitisnutrition and used it for about a month. The delivery was fine, and the packing was okay too, nothing really to complain about. As for the results, I mean… I did feel like my recovery after workouts was a little better, but it wasn’t some huge difference or anything. The taste is very plain, but I guess that’s kind of expected with this type of protein. For the price, it’s decent. I don’t think it gave me anything extra compared to other brands, though. I might buy it again, but only if there’s a good discount.
